3B Scientific Warranty & Return Policy

Built to last - 3B Scientific Warranty

a) 3B Scientific® products are built to last. 3B Scientific® - manufactured products are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 3 years from invoice date against defects in material and workmanship.

b) For 3B Scientific® products registered through “3B Smart Anatomy” we extend the warranty to 5 years from product registration.

c) Products manufactured by anyone other than 3B Scientific® are subject to the statutory warranty in the country of sale.

d) The 3B Scientific® warranty does not extend to any product that has been subject to transport damage, abuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or application or any use other than for the purpose for which it was intended. Consumables and limited-life products (such as, batteries, printed materials, etc.) are excluded.

e) Additional warranty information is available upon request.

No risk buying

If you are dissatisfied with a 3B Scientific® product for whatever reason, simply return it to us within 14 days in the original packaging (if possible) and with a copy of the invoice for a refund.
